Every apartment has its own outside space with table and chairs for outside eating (directly in front of the entrance of the apartments) and offer a fantastic panorama over the whole valley of the river Elsa.

The furniture is in the typical country style used in Tuscany with handmade pieces of furniture and accessories.

The internal and external floors are in "hand-made terracotta floor tiles", the beams on the ceiling are made of wood, Carrara marble is found in the kitchens and the accessories in the bathrooms are in wrought iron, forged by hand.

Each apartment has been given the name of typical Tuscan plants: Sunflower, Jasmine, Cornflower, Pomegranate and a hand-painted picture of the flowers is found at each entrance and on the head of the wrought iron beds.

General terms
Arrival:         Saturday between 16:00 and 19:30
Departure:    Saturday until 10:00 a.m
 
Low season only
It's possible to stay for less than seven nights during low season.
 
The price includes
The use of the apartment with all appliances: water, electricity, linen and towels (1 change/week), gas for cooking, use of the swimming pool, use of the washing machine, final cleaning.
 
Deposit
155,00 € at the arrival that will be given back at the moment of the departure.
 
Notes
Animals are not allowed.

The price does not include:

Heating (calculated on consumption). Tourist tax euro 0,50 per person per day for maximun 5 days. Children under 12 don't pay the tax.
 

Payment
Booking will only be considered valid only if guaranteed by a down payment of 30% (by bank transfer) of the whole cost.

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation due to reasons of force majeure shall be provided for the following penalties: in the two weeks preceding the date of arrival 70% of the total booking the 4 weeks preceding the date of arrival 50% 'amount of the booking, 8 weeks prior to your arrival date 30% of the booking. In case of no show will be due the full amount of the reservation.

The opening of the pool is guaranteed from  01 May to 30 September.

They will not be considered complaints that have not been communicated in writing prior to departure.
